Refunds and Exchange policy

Jarvis Estate is happy to offer our customers a 100% money-back guarantee.

If you have received a product from Jarvis Estate that is incorrectly despatched or, in any way not up to your expectations, we ask that you contact us immediately so that we can take action. We will make every effort to provide a replacement or a like exchange to your satisfaction or, in the event a replacement cannot be found, the customer will receive a *refund to the credit card or account in which payment was received.  

*refund applies to the purchased product/s only and not initial freight charges, which are non-refundable.


Where wine breaks during transit via Australia Post they will inform us of the damages prior to it being delivered to you and we will contact you via email or phone advising you of the issue.  Jarvis Estate will offer to send replacement case/bottles or issue a credit. Where wine breaks during transit via Courier and case of wine is received with one or more broken bottles, Jarvis Estate will send replacement bottles or issue a credit if the buyer notifies Jarvis Estate within 14 days of receiving your order.  

Items not received:

Jarvis Estate uses a courier company for most deliveries within Western Australia and Australia Post for all interstate deliveries. If you do not receive your wine in a timely manner please contact us so that we can trace the item.
