A warm autumn quickly ripened the shiraz grapes, resulting in intense colour, flavour and aromas. The lovely aromas and soft tannins are as a result of the great growing conditions.

This wine has a rich ruby red colour, raspberry and cherry aromas and spicy notes lifted by subtle oak. The palate is soft and rounded with flavours reminiscent of dark cherry and chocolate.

This Cabernet Sauvignon benefited from perfect growing conditions in 2003. The warm weather over summer created the perfect environment for slow, even ripening of the fruit.

Matured in French oak barrels this wine exhibits flavours reminiscent of ripe blackcurrant, cherry and liquorice.
